Organic Fertilizer Equipment and Configurations

Organic fertilizer equipment is a kind of equipment that makes chicken swine and pig swine as the main raw material, adding a certain amount of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate, potassium, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, and other substances, mixing and fermentation to make bio-fertilizer under the effect of sulfuric acid.

Organic fertilizer equipment has three kinds of configurations:

High configuration: chicken manure dewatering machines, half wet material crusher, horizontal mixers, granulators, dryers, cooling machine, drum screening machine, coating machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.

General configuration: half wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, grain granulating machine, dryer, cooling machine, belt conveyor, drum screening machines, packaging equipment, and so on.

Low configuration: half wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, disk grain granulating machine/drum screening machines and packaging equipment.

Sheep manure organic fertilizer production line: you can use sheep manure processer to process sheep manure firstly, feed it to the tank, and dehydrate with according device, getting sheep manure with moisture about 40%.

Organic fertilizer process is optional materials (animal manure, etc.), drying and sterilizer, mixing ingredients, pelletizing, cooling and filter, measurement and sealing and product storage. Organic fertilizer equipment is mainly composed of fermentation system, drying system, deodorant dust removal system, crushing systems, batching systems, hybrid systems, granulation systems and product packaging system, and the (animal manure and other sound processing) fermentation system includes: feeder and conveyor, biological deodorization, mixers, proprietary turner, oxygen systems, automatic control systems and other components.
