Coal Briquette Machine
Coal briquette machine or lignite briquette machine is suitable for many types of materials, it can be used for pressing coal powder, iron, coke, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron oxide skin, toner, charcoal powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, waste materials powder and waste residue.
Coal briquetting machine is also widely used in refractory, electric powder plant, metallurgy, and resource, chemical and other industries. Anthracite briquetting machine is energy-saving and easy to transport. Also, it increases the recycle of the waste materials and economical benefits.
Host of coal briquetting machine is powered by electromagnetic adjustable speed motor,the power is transmitted to the drive through shaft pulley, gear reducer and rod shaft coupling. Hydraulic devices are equipped behind the passive housing.
Driven by electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, pulley and worm-gear reducer, materials are forced into the inlet by spiral feeding device. When the feeding quantity of the screw feeder pressure equals required amount of the host, a constant feed pressure and pellet quality are ensured.
The type coal pressure ball machine equipment mainly consists of three parts: the feeding part, the transmission part, the molding parts.
1. Feeding part: it is mainly to make sure materials enter into the rollers uniformly by realizing rationing feeding materials to the main machine.
2. The transmission part: the main driven system is electric motor--triangle strip--speed reducer--open gear--roller.
3. The molding parts: it mainly refer to the host part, and the core part is roller.
