Three-Cylinder Dryer
Three-cylinder dryer is an advanced, highly efficient and energy saving product among the wet material drying equipment products. It has been widely used for drying slag, clay, coal, iron powder, ore powder and other mixed materials, dry-mixed mortar and yellow sand in the construction industry and for drying raw materials in chemistry and casting industry.
Three-cylinder dryer is improved in the internal structure and increased in the pre-drying of the wet materials before sending them to the machine and extended in the drying time of the wet materials inside the machine, plus sealing and heat preservation and reasonable supporting measures, the production capacity of this dryer machine is improved by 50-80%, the evaporation intensity of unit volume can reach 120-180kg/m³ and the consumption of standard coal is only 6-8kg/t. This machine has advanced technology, reasonable operational parameters and simple operation.
