Desulfurization Gypsum briquette machine
Desulfurization gypsum briquette machine or desulfurization gypsum briquetting machine is used for pressing coal powder, iron, coke, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron oxide skin, toner, charcoal powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, waste materials powder and waste residue.
It is also widely used in refractory, electric powder plant, metallurgy, and resource, chemical and other industries. Desulfurization gypsum briquetting machine is energy-saving and easy to transport, and it increases the recycle of the waste materials and economical benefits.
Materials are added evenly into the molding machine hopper through quantitative from the storage silo equipment, under the regulation of hopper adjustment ram, materials are sent evenly into middle of the roll; molding pressure reaches its maximum at the roll center of the connection, and quickly become smaller, so that materials can smoothly take off the ball.
1. Feeding section: mainly send the materials evenly into rollers, and then to main material mouth through screw feeder.
2. Transmission parts: mainly consists of electric motors, triangle strip, reducer, open gear, roll. Active and passive-axes are guaranteed synchronized movement through open gear. A hydraulic device is equipped behind the passive housing. In hydraulic overloading protective device, the high pressure oil is pressed into the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pump,thus the piston makes axial displacement. Front connector of the piston rod is on the bearing pressure to meet production requirements.
